MOTH means the "Man of The House" and this collection explores the different intergenerational relationships between an immigrant father and son. Inspired by my own father, the collection is a reworking of my fathers pilot uniform. In addition, the collection touches on Nigerian tribal practice and the rites of passage to become a man. The collection expresses the tension and weight of responsibility, between boyhood and man hood. Contrasting the culture of father and son. The double story and innovative pattern cutting tells this tale.
